Notes to Pastor Dave from me -- this may help someone else. Pastor Dave was having an issue trying to size his sidebar then his blog width. These are the notes I sent him. #1 Adjusting the Sport Template sidebar (to accomodate larger widgets) In your controls go to . . . My blog My Template Edit mY Colors CSS Editor Scroll down to where it says "sidebar" Background color Color (text color) Width ---> increase this number, mine says 200 (we have the same Sport template). You may want to check the code and see how wide your box is and set the width accordingly. Save/Make changes at the bottom Hope this helps. Jean #2 Just some other info for you, if you need it. Adjusting the Page Wrapper (blog content) size. To increase the Page Wrapper (right hand side), the part where your blog enteries sit, increase that amount from 750 to another number. If you put 1000 in that spot, the blog moves further over to the left hand side of the screen. The larger the number, the less area you will have that is currently blue on the left. So choose between 750 and 1000. If you increase the Content Wrapper to 1000, the side navigation bar moves further over to the right and you will have a large amount of blue space between the blog's right edge and the left edge of the sidebar. If you decrease that number from 750, the side bar comes underneath the blog part, you don't want that. So, if you increase the Content Wrapper to 1000 and it sits far to the right, then you increase your sidebar, it should take up some of that blue space slack between the actual blog's right edge and the left edge of the side bar. You can play with the numbers 850 or 900 and you can have a little blue background to seperate the blog and sidebar. If you wish to increase your blog size, where your enteries sit -- the Bar Head (where your banner goes) is on the left, the Main box is on the right. Increase your number there (Main Box) to make your blog wider. Remember though, if you are increasing your sidebar, you need to give it some space to expand. Also, your banner may be out of whack if you increase the blog entry size. You can make a new banner using your new size width of your blog (whatever you put in that box = your new width). Height would not matter, just width. Save/make changes.
