After five years on Oprah, Dr. Oz will no longer be educating the public via Oprah's TV show. He is getting his own show starting Sept. 14th, 2009 which will air five days a week.
The Farewell Party will air Tuesday 5/13.
And a final note -- for those coming to this blog looking for Dr. Oz shirtless, sorry, I don't have a picture of that nor would I publish one.

WOW -- it is her favorite new thing/gadget and gee, she is sure excited about it!
Everyone in the audience got one and on commercial break got a quick tutorial on how to download books within minutes onto the device.
So you can be anywhere in the world, and if you want a book, you can have it instanteously at a fraction of the cost of a real book ($10. vs. $20.+, if you are a voracious reader, it will pay for itself.)
I like that you can look up a word or ask a question to a live team that gets back to you in a few minutes.
Yes, I see this is the way of the future -- no paper and great for a high school or college student, especially when you need a book right away for English Lit. Would make a great gift for them -- umm . . . I think for most of us in these economic times, the only gift for Christmas (pricey), and it is useful.

Dr. Phil featured Carol Wior and her Slimsuit bathing suits on his show 5/23/08.
The Slimsuit comes in 85 different styles and can hide a multitude of body flaws because of the way it is made. Every audience member got one (certificate) -- too bad I was not there. LOL
Featured on the show was a woman who had belly sag and bottom issues but when she came out in the suit, WOW, she looked fabulous and you would have never guessed she had her issues wearing any suit. The one she wore is called the Magic Fountian Twist Waist Halter. (in this color and others retails for about $104.)

Another page has all my Oprah articles. That page also will have some Dr. Phil articles until I have enough so that he gets his own page too.
